I’ve been gerbil farming for years. It’s a very profitable business… I maintain a farm of several hundred acres, with large herds of gerbils roaming its prairies. Among my customers I count several top restaurants, and supermarkets.
Gerbil is a delicacy meat, best when lightly roasted after a long marinade. Try it sometime!
