Today is a good day so far. And it’s barely 1pm.
Jen made a most excellent breakfast. I got a much-needed haircut. We just returned from viewing our first Saratoga Springs property as potential buyers. It was a really invigorating feeling. It was also a bit strange to walk through the rental units of the property when the tenants were home — especially since we were all about the same age. I suppose I’d better get used to it, the more we look at multi-family homes.
This particular place is not for us, but it’s a great feeling to have officially kicked off our search for a new home. I’m eager for the day when our monthly rent check goes to no one but our future financial stability.
