For dear friends in Saratoga you have, aren’t you knowing?
A lovely Spanish wife named Cati who sometimes is a fly, I’ll say.
And at work you’ve got a snake-fearing French friend in Olivier.
This summer brought lots of laughs, good cheer, and even more beer
When we partied like rockstars in the land of paella and not many deer.
At Travers we’ve won, we’ve lost, we watch the horses go by,
Say, remember that time our lonely hearts crossed in the sky?
Ahh, the downtown drinks, New Year’s fun, a friendship of many moons!
But no memory is fonder than sharing those romantic stewed prunes.
What started out as a simple love song has, I think, now gone on too long.
So happy birthday, Alex the Great, and next time for dinner, don’t be late!

You guys are the BESTEST! Don’t worry Jen– we loves us some A_ndersonS (note: plural). You two are a package deal. Waitaminit, “package deal” sounds kinda gay. Oh well, thanks for the well wishes, and Cati and I are already looking forward to the next roundup.
